EXP overflow & where to invest next

Leftover character EXP is carried forward rather than returned as smaller EXP items in Sefhi’s illustrated example. For spending, start with the team you use and the failure you need to change; raising every new character at once makes that decision harder. [1]

What “leftover EXP” means

If an EXP item gives more than the immediate level needs, the example in the guide shows an accumulated balance used toward a later level. That is a stored amount, not a refund of smaller tickets. This is a single illustrated source, checked on 23 October, and we have not tested every cap or promotion state.

Before consuming another item, look for the accumulated EXP displayed by your client. This guide does not claim what happens at every maximum-level cap.

A community investment reference

Aurora’s notes prioritize equipment XP, character XP, credits and then skill materials, with Aura Infusions later; damage skills are prioritized ahead of support and tank skills. This is the maintainer’s allocation advice, not a universal formula or a verified farming-yield calculation. [2]

Use the priority to ask a narrower question: will the next purchase improve the team you are taking into this fight? If it only improves a bench character, compare that cost with the immediate problem first.

When the bottleneck is time, not an overlooked trick

A 22 October player report complains about daily restrictions on materials. It supports the existence of a resource bottleneck, but supplies no complete drop table. We do not turn that complaint into a “best farming stage” or invent an idle-income system. [3]

Track the material you need, the source the current game shows, and the next meaningful upgrade it buys. If you are at a specific boss, use its actual clear reports before deciding that every unit needs more levels.
